Bible verse wallpapers that will brighten your day.
5 bible verse wallpapers that are encouraging, bright, and ready to be your lock screen. We all set our favorite photo as our wallpaper, from our spouse, favorite trip, and even inspiring quotes. We love that these wallpapers are bright and encouraging. Whenever you are having a bad day let these be a reminder of God’s promises.
“having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.”
This scripture renews our mind to know that Christ has set us free from our sin allowing us not to feel guilty for our shortcomings. We are made righteous through what Christ did on the cross for us.
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”
3:4- “For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.“
In this verse, we are reminded that we are made new and our old self died when we accepted Christ and believed in what he did on the cross for us.
With this in mind, we are set apart and have all of the fruits of the Spirit within us.
Sometimes we can get caught up in trying to be perfect but you are already set apart and these fruits live within us. We are no longer bound by the law. 🙂
I love this wallpaper and the verse above. I’m sure we all have seen a sunset or sunrise that has left us in awe. specifically, what about the feeling you get when it’s a new day and you get to see them?
All of a sudden there is peace that comes in the morning and quiet that comes in the evening. Surely it is like a song of joy.
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
As an illustration, I feel as though God sees us how we see the sunsets, in awe. Certainly, He is filled with joy at what he has created. We know this because in Genesis 1 we are told that God saw what he made as good, and that is the sunsets, and you.
Overall, I love that Genesis 1:31 also highlights the creation of morning and evening because this highlights their significance. In the same context, we are significant in Psalms 139.14.
Romans 8:3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh,
Romans 8:4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
Here we get an understanding of how we are now under grace and no longer under the law.
However, we know that the law was there to help us understand that we couldn’t live up to it or be perfect. We all fall short and that is why we need Jesus.
I love this wallpaper because it is a reminder that the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us and gives us life.
